Warm-up is one of the parts of the session that we sometimes miss, either because we don’t know about general or specific warm-up exercises. In tenis, warming up without a racket is essential to improve later performance. A complete warm-up before and after the tennis session, key to avoid injuries and to look for concentration in the players.
Moving in any direction is part of the game context. It makes lateral, crossed, backward, forward, diagonal displacements… You can also build a small cone star (like the one you see in the picture at the beginning) that the player must touch at our command, this way we generate a random decision making with displacements in several directions.
